Equipment Overview: The Pulse Ranger laser tagger was an original phaser design, not styled to replicate any actual weapon. Players would wear a helmet that would provide feedback when the player is tagged or tags an opponent. Pulse Ranger also featured an interactive accessory device called the Octagon, which could serve as a target, sentry, time bomb or mine during a game and also be a point to defend or attack.
